Out of pure morbid curiosity I want to see a Morata-Werner forward partnership. Probably end up producing an xG of 4 every game while not scoring at all.

I wouldn't say so. Sweden is just letting them control the game. They're not doing that much with it.
The tempo in this game is really low. Based on what I've seen so far, I'm thinking this is the weakest group in the tournament.

Never seen possession so lopsided - currently at 85% Spain through 75'
Makes me glad Canada never qualifies for major tourneys - would be embarrassing, considering how a 'decent' country (Sweden) performs against a stronger team like Spain.

I mean Canada would absolutely be parking the bus to counter, we just might be able to counter better (though probably not). Anyway not sure anyone needs a striker more desperately in this tournament than Spain, Morata has cost them two goals any decent striker would net. They'll get through their group because it sucks, but they aren't going anywhere without a striker.

85% possession for Spain...but only 5 shots on goal.
They created some quality chances in the first half, but don't really think they created much in the second half.
