Would it be possible to change the thread title to add one of "It was 3-1 this time", or "That's also a team that knows how to lose"?

The most mind-blowing fact to me is that the Leafs haven’t been in a cup finals since 1967 when they last won it. Every other Canadian team except the Jets and Nordiques have been in the finals since then at least once. Even the Flames made it to the cup finals after we won our only cup. That’s brutal.

Just to remind you all: The Toronto Maple Leafs have played (not always under the Maple Leafs name) in all 103 NHL seasons to date. In all that time, they have never won three best-of-seven series in one year's playoffs.
Never.
The Leafs won three rounds only once, in 1932. The first two rounds were two-game, total-goals series, and the Stanley Cup Finals were best-of-5. They played a total of seven playoff games to win those three rounds.
The franchise has never gone the distance in the post-expansion playoff grind.

I (SJ fan) was talking to my Coyotes fan friend before the POs begin and we each were deciding who to root for. He does this all the time - I'm just getting used to this crap...
I was thinking... well, I'd love for Thornton to get his cup, but life is just more interesting when Leafs fans are freaking out. I opted for wishing for freaked out Leaf fans.
I (SJ fan) actually cheered on a Corey Perry goal in last nights game - I was committed! And life is SO interesting today :-)
