Hot take - the Leafs' forwards were better before they signed Tavares. Redundant signing. I know he's not playing but they need a 2C to offset Matthews in some way.

The Islanders got better veteran experience when they signed Komarov. The Islanders have won that free agent trade. Lol.

They managed to do it last year down 3 against Columbus. So I don't know if I'd call it a miracle. But it's looking bleak for Leafs fans... and I don't know, just because of the inevitability of the Oilers losing when down 3-0 and the amount of time it took to happen with all the OTs I think I'm enjoying this more than the sweep.
