Pageau is one of my all time favourite players. What’s not to like about this guy? Can’t believe Ottawa let him go.

Dunno if Pageau can be called underrated anymore. Turns 29 this year and has five more years on his deal at $5 million per.

Sportsnet One is also showing this game due to the postponement of the Blue Jays game.

4 years ago Matt Murray was basically trending towards a Patrick Roy career after back to back cups

Underrated as in no one talks much about him. Or Beauvillier or Nelson. But they are good players.

Feel a bit bad for Jarry, this is the kind of game that can break a young goalie.

Is this crazy crowd a post covid thing? Isles fans haven't been like this all along, have they?

It's entertaining to say the least. Soccer fans who want a similar atmosphere at hockey games must love this.

Isles just running out the clock here, Pens need a miracle.

Nelson misses empty net haha

"We don't want you"

I think they were a good crowd but the team was bad for so long that we didn't get to see it.

Tavares leaving and his return game is what really made the fans get noticed.

Oh yeah they’re nuts when they have a reason to be. Look up Tavares return if you haven’t seen it.

It helps a lot that they're back at Nassau Coliseum, as the old-time fans live nearby and the rickety old superstructure amplifies every noise. I doubt they'll have the same atmosphere when they move to Belmont.

Haven't watched much of any hockey south of the border, but damn, is trotz by far the best head coach in the league?

Also the old 1940 chants vs the Rangers before 1994, but the entire game like this tonight is new to me. Great energy and I'm glad the Isles won.
