Out of thanks, but completely agree. The hockey people on the panel have been calling it leadership, but I don't know how it doesn't hurt comradery on a team.

He's normative, anything he does is right.
It's putrid. He's amazingly skilled, but he's a piss poor leader, awful body language and a clear sneer for his team mates far too often.
