Is there an inside joke associated with the “it was 4-1” memes floating around that I’m missing?
Or is it just genuinely hilarious the Oilers choked away a 4-1 lead and there’s nothing else at play here?

In what has been the worst year of my life, this series has given me immeasurable joy and satisfaction.
I lost my girl friend, who is also my best friend to cancer last year August. I've been trapped in grief, and still am trapped. But tonight, for a brief moments, there's smile on my face. When the Jets sweep the Oilers tomorrow, there will be smiling moment however short that is.

Yeah, I posted the original pic a few pages ago. Should've watermarked it . It's going absolutely nuclear on Facebook, some meme page reposted it without credit and it has over 1000 shares. I'm just glad people got a laugh out of it.

Calls out turnover on tying goal from behind net (rightfully so), they go silent, then laugh at him with sarcastic retorts for suggesting he's not as good as Sid or for how hyped he has been.
Wowsers. Legit feel bad for that fan with some actual sense.
These guys are brainwashed. They couldn't even recall his mistake on the tying goal, then tried to absolve him of any blame.

I was picking up my son and was listening to this and couldn’t believe my ears. They gave him one minute to rant and when it became too real they butted in after 20 seconds. They said he was the only human on earth who had this mindset, talked about starting a who wants to keep Connor poll and then hung up on him. Delusional.
