These hosts are acting like babies, they are so defensive with callers. Straight cringe.
Never heard an OT show where the guys running it sound more bent out of shape than the callers.
Standard procedure for CHED's post game show. I actually feel a little bad for the callers that call for change, or want to give criticism to McDavid/Draisatl for a lack of a team game...and then the hosts arc up, and fly off the handle asking if the callers want those players traded.

we have a good laugh over on the e=ng thread and sometimes it feels like we mine the stereotypes too much. and then you listen to the ched postgame.
I have heard references to 1980s CFL, blaming the refs, the coach, the GM, face-offs, 'oilers better team" by callers and hosts, hosts take it as a personal attack if there is any criticism of the oilers or any players, nnr is a great player/captain, scorer, assister, centreman, etc. Rob Brown has bet house twice now, once at the start of the series and again when it was 4-1. even the hosts talking live over commercials!! what a scream!
I just heard them say that they intentionally kept some guy on hold for 2 hours and were hoping that he would go away but hasn't. it is soooo sweet!
