At least in the post game presser Mcdavid handles questions like a professional, even though obviously disappointed. Draisaitl up there with his hood on, acting like a 14 year old sulking that his allowance just got taken away. Try and act like the high paid professional you are, clown.

SO DT has got to be sitting in his office, a bottle of cheap rat gut whiskey in front of him, muttering to himself while he cancels his subscription to Skype. He looks at his line up card, knowing he needs to cobble together a lineup for tomorrow night, and seeing this.
Game 1 CM 23 minutes, LD 24.41 MS 20 shots against
Game 2 CM 26.45 Minutes LD 30.21 MS 36 shots against
Game 3 CM 25.52 Minutes LD 28 minutes MS 37 shots against.

I almost expect the Oilers to run out of gas halfway through this game with Connor and Leon's legs being really heavy.
Now you can say "But Captain" in a shrieking high pitched voice, the Oilers have outshot the jets. But the bottom line is there's a big difference between a 39 year old goalie that played 32 out of 50+ games in a compressed season that's seen a ton of pucks, and a 28 year old goalie at his physical prime.
The problem for Tippett is tomorrow is it, he has to play McDavid and Draisaitl for huge minutes. Why, because absolutely nobody else on that team has done much of anything in this series. That's right, he's got a ice cold lineup.
So Tippett will take a long sip of that bottle of rot gut, and then he will proceed to do what he did in Phoenix. Stop giving a crap and collect his paycheck.
Connor's already dreaming of life in Florida where the pressure is zero, the travel is easy and the winters are balmy.

and here we thought the epic loss to the Avs laid on the Flames few years back permanently damages the mental state of the team.
If so, what does a worse loss to much “inferior” competition for the second year in a row do?
Or do the Oilers own up and say much like Kipper, they have a player that distorts who they are. Worse that Chicago last year and worse than the Jets this year. They are after 15 years still a top 5 draft club without McDavid.
CHED guys shutting down a caller for criticizing McDavid.
Calls out turnover on tying goal from behind net (rightfully so), they go silent, then laugh at him with sarcastic retorts for suggesting he's not as good as Sid or for how hyped he has been.
When I saw on the replay it was McDavid who coughed up the puck on the tying goal.
