Leaderboard getting packed, Koepka, Bryson and Matsuyama all making moves, even Rory back in it at E.

I know this is not the easiest course and there's a lot of guys out there, but the Koepka/Rory/JT group is coming up on a 6 hour round. Just unacceptable.

It was brutally slow but you can't blame them. At one point they showed the 17th tee and there were three groups waiting to tee off.

Solid first half of the third round. Quite a few guys moving up the leaderboard to hopefully put themselves in a position to contend for the win tomorrow.

I was hoping that Conners would play with Casey today. I don't really know why but I like watching Casey golf.

I doubt you'll see more than a couple minutes of Conners today anyways. Unless he blazes, they've got their storyline play in Phil. They'll be glued to him with some sparing shots of a couple other stars and then maybe a shot or two each all day of guys like Conners.

I'm curious to see how much they show of Grace who is in the 2nd to last group. Or will just show 5 guys and a few shots from everyone else.

Phil
Louis
Koepka
Matsuyama
Dechambeau
Speith (but he'll be done)

I don't mind Phil heavy coverage as I grew up a fan of Leftie because I golf left as well. Hopefully Conners makes some shots so that he can get some tv time.

I could watch bryson miss putts all day long. So easy to cheer against him.
Probably put him right behind reed for punchable faces

Really cool to see Phil doing this. At his age I didn't think he'd have another big day in him, but here we are.

Since l to gripe about golf traditions that nobody else even notices - The rules about not reading another player's putt - What a sham, and general annoyance when watching.

It's so silly that you can't stand behind and watch someone's putt, yet they do that dog and pony show where they pretend they're walking over to line up their putt as soon as the other player strikes the ball, but they're really swooping in to cheat as much of a read as they can under the guise of walking to their ball.

It only annoys me because as a viewer there's so many damn putts you miss because the other player walks in front of the camera while trying to cheat a read. Either let players read putts or make them stand in place until the opponents ball stops moving.

Damn Oosthuizen and Micklenson into the lake on their drives on 13. I swear to god if this weekend gets ruined with a Koepka win...

Watching Koepka play is pretty painful and I feel bad for him and his knee injury but I'm also pretty tired of hearing about his knees every second hole.

Koepka is a tough pairing for Mickelson tomorrow. The guy is relentless.

Early rounds look good for scoring so far and quite a few players that started around even or plus a couple strokes are moving up right now.

You know what that means. Every Jordan Spieth shot.

I hope Keopka shoots 85. I'm 3 points back in my pool and he has Koepka, I have Rose.

2 shot swing followed by a 3 shot swing the other way? What a start.
