RCMP Detective, Anup Rowan Chokshi was found in a dumpster on July 17 1971 in Moosehorn Manitoba. The malnourished little baby was legally adopted 3 weeks later by local McDonald’s co-managers Sheldon & Olga Chokshi.
As a child Noops suffered from night terrors that have scarred him so deep that even today he can not be in the same room with a Panda Bear and a turkey baster.
After a 1984 brazen lunchtime holdup in his parents restaurant Noops has made it his life mission to bring The infamous Hamburglar to justice. Following this dream Noops joined the RCMP as a detective at the age of 17. So far Noops does not have a stellar record for crimes solved. He has 5,247 active cases with no arrests. Noops is spearheading a change in the Mounties uniform, his prototype is designed to make the officers feel sexy and Noops believes they will be able to run better in it.
Noops is an avid vegetable photographer, tricycle enthusiast, as well as Vice-President of Manitoba Nose Pickers Society. He is friend of many famous people, including Don Cherry, Underdog, Michael J Fox, Peter Mansbridge and Jared from Subway.
Noops is also the General Manager of the CPHL Philadelphia Flayers. This position does not take up much of Noop’s time, the team is quickly running into the ground and nobody in the city even noticed.
