Doesn't matter at all, because they'll be exposing one of Giordano or Tanev anyway, both of whom meet the requirements. They only need one defenseman to do so.

Kylington is eligible to be selected no matter what.

I like watching kylington. He makes some rookie mistakes at times, but that's because the team doesnt play him and he doesn't develop nhl skillz.
