I certainly wasn't part of that consensus after watching him in the playoffs with Dallas, for the same money we have Buddy Robinson

What's overlooked but important to note is that Monahan and Gaudreau are elevating.
At the most important time.
Away from each other.
It's about time.

I can't stand Derek Wills, so I'll take Cassie over him any day of the week.

Come on.
Perry would never play in Calgary under any circumstances. In fact, I am fairly convinced that his primary reason for signing in Montreal was tbe chance to play so many games v. Calgary and Edmonton. Corey Perry hates the Alberta teams with the ferocity of 10,000 suns. He would retire before ever ayong a gane for either of them. I guarantee that he signs a deal to play with another Pacific Duvision team next year just for the chance to score on the Oilers and the Flanes as much as possible.

Flames have to remember (a) they’re still winning and (b) an insurance goal almost salts this one away.

Last night 5v5:
CF%: 61.73%
FF%: 65.22%
SF%: 60.87%
SCF%: 68.29%
HDCF%: 75.00%
xGF%: 68.41%
Tonight 5v5:
CF%: 39.29%
FF%: 44.44%
SF%: 46.88%
SCF%: 33.33%
HDCF%: 37.50%
xGF%: 32.58%
I repeat, tonight's performance at 5v5 is the exact opposite of last night. Just hope the result is the same

I would guess most of the stats damage was in period one, and maybe after a couple Flames penalties took their momentum away.

You are correct. They were much, much better in the second period before the penalties

That makes sense then, I only watched at the start of the second.

Watch Cassie gush over Suzuki and his stick to skate and back move there, no matter what happens after.
