Goalies are different...for one thing they're allowed to close their hand on the puck.

No clear rule on it, but IMO it's the right call.

If you have any understanding of the game of hockey and you watch the guy play I dont see how he can have hate thrown his way. But everyone is entitled to their opinion.

To be fair, he has had some horrible stretches of hockey the last couple years where he is just lost at every aspect of the game. Then again if he was an upper tier guy he would be getting 80 pts a tear and 8 million per to go with it.

He is a good NHL C, but nothing extraordinary. Could be better, could be worse.

Mangiapane and Dube are the sort of players you can pair with an elite #1C. A couple of real A-wing fighters who can play with pace, think the game well and go to the right areas.

If the Flames move some of their core they should sign Dube long term as well. He has elite speed and seems to play well in big games. Local kid so I would assume he is wanting to be here
