If a Flame did that to McDavid they would be calling for a suspension.

If Tkachuk stays out (likely), I’d like:
Mangiapane-Monahan-Dube
Gaudreau-Lindholm-Bennett/Ryan spelled off
Lucic-Backlund-Nordstrom
Ritchie-Ryan-Bennett

What does Dubé have against Larsson tonight? He’s been running at him every chance he gets

I don't disagree with Bieksa though regarding the Tkachuk play.
Haas wasn't going for a hit given the situation, but it turned into an awkward collision because Tkachuk spun last second. I think it could have easily been a boarding penalty with a different ref, but it was a nothing play until Tkachuk puts himself into a bad position with a guy coming in on him.
But absolutely the intermission would be calling for the Flame's head if that was McDavid getting injured on the same play.

See a pattern? Flames putting the wood to Edmonton, talking all about Edmonton instead of giving Calgary credit.

Coaches are stubborn and don’t mix the lines up the way they should until it’s too friggen late.
Who would have thought breaking up stale linemates and putting our best 6 offensive forwards together would have resulted in positive results for a team that has been struggling to score.
I don’t get NHL coaches sometimes.

At least Stewart said it was a questionable hit. Thanks Anthony.

Really hope the Flames just keep the pressure on. A perfect season at this point is blowing out the oilers ever game, losing the rest, and getting a very high draft pick.

Haha man the way Smith yells at Jones after. It's always someone else's fault.

I hope tkachuk is OK, I don't like to see an injury on any player, but boy does it seem like this team could use a break from him right now.

Earlier, Larsson elbowed im in the head twice when they were digging for the puck, behind the net.

I know the rules don't support my opinion, but much like a player needs to be in control of their stick at all times (or else getting a high sticking penalty), they should have to be in control of their body.
Why are we ok with a stick inadvertently hitting an opponent and not their body?
