Exactly, we can't stop the crazy's but we can limit the tools they use, had this nut been in the states with an AR-15 with 30 rounds it most defiantly been a lot worst.

Police say a 28-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in a stabbing rampage that left a woman dead in North Vancouver, B.C., yesterday.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team says Yannick Bandaogo has undergone surgery for self-inflicted injuries, and is in police custody.
Police have not named the woman who died, but say she was in her 20s.
Six others were injured in the attack in and around a public library, and police say their injuries vary in severity.
They say all six are expected to survive.
Investigators say they’re still trying to determine whether Bandaogo had any relationship with his alleged victims.

Is that what I said? I know you’ve got issues with the justice system due to some things that have happened in your life. Go bait someone else if you want to have that debate.

There is a photo of him floating around on the internet dressed in black with his face covered. Looks kind of terroristy, but he was like 19 at the time. Could have been just trying to be edgy.

I think the difference is that one is a picture of a professional model selling winter apparel and one was posted on Facebook to impress friends. It's pretty disingenuous to equate the two.
Having said that, I am not saying the picture alone can tell you what kind of person he is. But we do know that he murdered one person and attempted to murder 6 more in what seems to be an unprovoked rampage, and that he has a allegedly has a history with the police.
Or maybe he was just modelling winter apparel. I don't know.

Sure, but what makes the Facebook photo look “terroristy”?

Without any context, nothing. But knowing what we know about him now, I don't think it's a scandalous thing to say. He kind of loses the benefit of the doubt at this point, you know, on account of being a murderer and all and committing what could be considered an act of terrorism. Terrorists do release photos like that and considering the back-drop of world events at the time when that photo was posted, he would have had to have been really out of touch to post something like that without that intent.

Maybe he is a ninja for halloween.
With/without context, this is a bad take.

Ok, but you realise that most terrorists in the west don’t wear face coverings, and the vast vast vast majority of people who wear face coverings are not terrorists, right? Like, it’s a bit ####ed up to look at that and say “yup, looks like a terrorist.”
Not defending the guy, he killed someone, this was anything from a violent outburst to a planned act of terrorism, but you should check your head if you see someone in a face covering and think they “look like a terrorist.” Especially now, obviously, but even before. Shake the noggin.
