Spurgeon has both goals for the Wild, 2-1 Minnesota after twenty minutes. The Wild scored a later power play goal with eight seconds left in the period.

It was the Andrew Copp show as the Jets pummeled the Canucks. He scored 4 goals. Hellebuyck did play well as the Canucks had 39 shots on him. Heck, Demko played well in the Canucks net as he faced 36 shots. The 2nd period had lots of shots, 20-16 in favour of the Canucks. It's ridiculous how much Demko is relied on, his save percentage has to better than 93% for the Canucks to win. The Canucks got called twice for too many men in the 2nd period. LOL.

Nico Sturm scored the GWG in the 2nd period for the Wild. It was a fluke as Miller couldn't handle a slow moving bouncing puck which led to the easy goal.

The Sabres have not won in 15 games! The Penguins continued the Sabres misery. Both teams couldn't score on the PP, so the Pens PK was 3/3 and the Sabres PK was 5/5. Tokarski was in net for Buffalo and made 37 saves.

The Sharks won on the strength of great goaltending by Jones making 42 saves. Kane had 2 goals.
