Andersson should spend more time actually competing for pucks rather than trying to steal a kid's special memorabilia. I am so tired of him waiting for the opposition to go into the corner first so he doesn't get pasted while moving the puck - I think this speaks volumes to his commitment level. I am really growing tired of him. Childish behaviour after a loss in which the entire team showed an inability to rise to the occasion of being just a bit better than a rebuilding squad. I hope someone steals his 100 goals or 100pts puck down the line.

Frustrating games. Flames can't generate squat. I actually have no clue how good that kid was for Ottawa. Was he tested? I have not played the goalie position outside of a handful of times playing road hockey as a 10 year old, but I am fairly confident that the score would have ended up the same way if I was in net.

Time is running out to see this core play together as is.

If I am Darryl, I am just going to say screw it, and start making big changes to the system that I wanted to make. Playoffs are looking like a distant dream at this point, so you might as well get an early start on the next season.

Wow that's damning. But he's improved a lot of the little things. Like getting his jersey on the right way around and lacing his skates up and stuff, one presumes.

Both playoffs he was basically a point per game player. I would kill for that level of performance from a player on my team.

And should have won a Conn Smythe but was beaten out by Crosby. He might take it easy here and there but he shows up when it matters. No player on the Flames roster can claim that.

I have no idea why anyone would feel particularly sorry for Brad Treliving? He was born into a fabulously wealthy family, chose to take one of the most prestigious jobs in Canada, and has totally failed at it. He's obviously smart and hard working, but his plan has failed and it's time for him to go back to his very comfortable and wealthy life, and for us Flames fan to once again start all over and hope for better days.

Not only a boring game, but one which was entirely predictable from the first minute. Flames give up the puck right off the bat. OK. Well, it happens. Then they play for the next 57 minutes looking like the boards are the only place to shoot from, but not to hit at, and the rookie kid goalie is a Vezina candidate.

Why Sutter doesn't just bench all the guys who fail to engage (what, me...hit?) is surprising. Maybe he's just figuring it out still. Take away their PCs and lock them in a room so they can't be playing Fortnite until 5 am daily. Maybe?

Bring up kids from the Heat. Something.

Well at least Lucic. Go figure. He at least looked engaged. Also, he hits. Slow as molasses in January, but at least he hits. The others? Just unengaged. Tired, and overpaid.

Not happy with this crap. Not even sure I'll watch the next game.
