No. You can lob in 3,000 times from the outside in 1 game and that doesn’t necessarily mean you “dominated”.

I love Sutter but why is he putting the 4th line on the ice right after we score?

They got destroyed on the shift and gave Ottawa the exact response they needed after it getting tied up.

Nothing is right with this team.

Backlund and Gio are not the leaders we need them to be and seem to be either invisible or making blatant miscues.

I don’t get why every coach has been so afraid to mix up the lines in a chaotic fashion. Minor tinkers is as bold as it’s got.

Get Mangiapane into the top 6 instead of Ritchie/Bennett. If you gotta mess with the lines who cares nothing is working.

The goal of this game is to score more goals than the opponent. We aren’t generating enough quality chances at any even strength or up a man.

I hate watching this crap hockey.

Not with standing the antics at the end of the game, I thought Rasmus was the worst flame tonight.

On a side note, I am starting to feel Valimaki is more hype than substance. I recognize this is his first season but I haven’t seen any flashes to show me he is a top pairing guy. Hope I am wrong.

What is it about this particular group of players that just seems to piss me off so much. I can't think of another year that I actually disgusted with this team.

Well other than the last goal this is kinda the style that Sutter wants. Control pace and eek out a 2-1 win. That also means sometimes it’s a 2-1 loss. But if you don’t like this style you should have known going in that this was the Sutter plan. Whether this is the right style for this group I don’t know, but I don’t think it’s going to work making skilled players play forecheck hockey all the time. I think Sutter needs to adjust a bit more to the team he has.
