Well I didn't realize there were "rules" for how old a point has to be to discuss it. Too bad that it bothers you and why do you care anyway?
As for you saying I was wrong well I know that's the definition in Calgary. Maybe do your research before you jump on someone next time. Better yet go ask the cops who work that area everyday then you'll see why more of the girls aren't in jail. It tends to be a grey area.

There are no rules about bringing up old threads, it's just rather odd that you would sign up to a HOCKEY forum, and bring up a really old thread on prostitution. You had to have searched for it... And the definition of prostitution doesn't change anywhere. If you're a prostitute, you sell yourself in a sexual manner for money. Perhaps the LAW changes, but the definition doesn't.

And don't worry, it's obvious that this conversation isn't going to go anywhere, so I'm done with it.

I wonder if this law is consitutional. The constitution gives the criminal jurisdiction solely to the feds. This seems clearly like a criminal type punishment.

I would argue it's pretty analagous to the administrative license suspension that provinces hand out when you're charged with impaired driving. The provinces administer the programs that license drivers and can deal with accused offenders in that way. Arguably, the connection between solicitation and the Johns' vehicles is similar.

Well my friend was reading the forum and told me about the site. Just so happens that was the first forum that I actually took the time to read with him. Anyways thanks for the welcome.
