It’ll be tough to come out of the third period unscathed, let alone get the two goals we need.

Unless Toronto go with Anderson for the third.

Man, it's so frustrating how offensively inept we are. These same players were able to score at will two seasons ago, but it seems like that series against Colorado and game 6 vs. Dallas last year completely broke them. The off season will be very interesting this year.

They almost have to put Lindholm back on the first line. These guys can't generate anything with Ritchie. Need to find a D man with some offense to. Vali looks like another Hanafin in the making with no offensive instincts at the NHL lvl thus far and with Gio regressing there's no creativity back there.

Flames are playing slow. They can only win when they play fast. Gio said Sutter has not changed anything major, so it’s not a learning curve problem. They tried hard to execute the speed game for the first 3 games, and they’ve backslid in a serious way over the next 3.

That is a good point.

The two games against the Leafs have been absolutely horrible.

We actually played well against the Oilers in the blowout.

It does tend to average out.

They have got this switch they turn off and on at will!

Getting a little annoyed with Tkachuk's disconnect, he gets paid well. You see him battling with guys away from the play but seems disengaged from the game.

You could put Tkachuk in that line and tell them to figure it out. Go with Bennett and Dube on the wing with Lindholm.

Maybe not to start each game, but I see no reason they can’t do like Edmonton and go with a power line when they need to.

It will be quite interesting to see how Darryl gets the Flames best forwards to actually be the best forwards...consistently.

Pretty sure Ritchie and Leivo are not the major problems.

We really need the top players to play like top players or they are playing their way to a trade in the offseason

If we trade any assets for a player like Markus Sorensen I’ll be pissed. Doesn’t move the needle at all and just more 4th line/taxi squad fodder.
