Sadly, I agree. 2018/19 will likely be his best statistical season. My bet is he settles in as a .75 point per game player/powerplay specialist (and not on our team)

Yeah he needs to start going end to end by himself; cause there won't be any options.
The times where he does find options and gives them beautiful setups just get forgotten because the result is a garbage shot wide or into the goalies chest.

Definitely agree that he is playing poorly, I have my doubts as to whether Ritchie is a NHL player, let alone the guy to play with two of your most offensive players. And a I doubt he will find his mojo without a player on the RW that would not play in the top 9 on any other team in the league. Sutter does not have a lot of options though, the Flames are real thin in terms of forward depth.
