I thought he was pretty good at it last night...hopefully the Leafs are still brewing over it.

I fully expect the Flames to get smoked unless Rittich can steal it like he did a couple weeks ago, so may as well piss them off as well.

I dunno if the Leafs come out to tear it up tonight. They've been frustrated a lot lately and malaise has to set in at some point. If things go a little bit wrong at the start, the Leafs might just be resigned to their fate.

5-3 Flames, but the Leafs get a lucky one late making their performance look better than it really was.

For the first time in a while, possibly with the remarkable turnaround Peters got out of the team so quickly, since the early days of Bent Sutter, and then back to Darryl, do I trust the coach to get the best out of each player on this team because he is so aware of the details and how those interact with the bigger picture.

Hopefully the Flames come out and dominate tonight.

With that being said, I almost hope that they get dominated again and pull out the win. Complete troll job if they do that at this point! lol

I have noticed their play over the last few games has sagged a bit. Hope they turn this around. I thought that their forecheck has been less aggressive, and their breakouts have slowed down somewhat - not always, but sometimes. They need to get back into that groove again where they at least try to force the issue.

I think the Flames have enough good players and can pull out another win. It's just a matter of keeping it all together and playing the most or all of 60 minutes.

Milan Lucic, Sean Monahan, Johnny Gaudreau, come on down!

I think Darryl is doing a good job of ironing out some of the details.
GFG!!

The Flames had much more balanced minutes throughout their lineup last night. Hoping that keeps them more fresh than TO who had some big minutes from their top players.

All the pressure is on the Leafs tonight. Come out strong and lean on them for the rest of the game.

4-2 Flames. We learn a lot about this team tonight and where they are headed.

I’m a bit worried about this one. Leafs will be motivated and now their 4-day break goes from a disadvantage to an advantage.

Flames can win if they play physical, simple, smart and disciplined. Do that 5 on 5 and then take your chances that you can win the special teams battle.

Would be great to get at least a point to stay relevant in the standings.

It’s all going to click tonight and the Flames are going to take the Leafs to the cleaners. League will take notice.

I think the important thing is for the Flames to get up a couple of goals early and then manage the game like they did last night. Not like the oilers hame when they fell behind on the second game. Having Toronto chasing the game would be ideal. I think the key is not to wait for something to happen but to be ready match intensity and try and get that first goal.

Life long Flames fan in Ontario. These are must win games for me personally and I love the start times when the Flames play in the EST!
