There are so many jobs that can result in serious injuries or psychological issues. I'm not discounting it. But when you are a 6'3 guy with little skill you know what you are signing up for. You don't have to sign that contract..

The job of the employer is to mitigate any risk to their employees. Some jobs have elements where that isn't possible.
That isn't the case here.
