You need a hybrid of Andersson’s shot, Valimaki’s passing, Gio’s calmness and Kylington’s skating. And Tanev if the puck starts to go the other way.

I actually think Valimaki will be fine once he gets more experience.

Valimaki is still adjusting to the speed of thr NHL as he was dominant where he was playing before the season started.

I feel Valimaki has the potential for much much more perhaps even a Norris.
Get him out there on the PP and PK ....just get him minutes in every situation and he will shine.

That's basically 24-25 year old Oliver Kylington once Sutter has done his magic with him

If he's that good, he'll be in Seattle.

I think Valimaki is a better passer and is more creative. Plus he has a better shot. Kylington can be second unit, maybe with another D.

I do understand you may have difficulties following a topic.

Summary - There is a lot of disappointment in the play of Tkachuk no matter what he is getting paid.

My opinion he is still playing at a high level but is not as far ahead of his team mates as he was last year.

If you are going to argue that the NHL economy then you must be even extra bewildered when the Flames out bid the rest of the league signing 2 31 year olds for 10M for the next 4 seasons.
