Of course the Canucks tie it with 40 seconds left and both teams the Flames are chasing get points.

The Ducks win 6-5 in overtime. Henrique scored from a Zegras pass on a 2 on 1 rush.

Seems like Canucks win was the 2nd best outcome vs Canucks regulation win.

Yeah, if the Flames are anywhere near the Canucks at the end of the season it doesn't matter anyway IMO

Montreal losses one

Yep. Gotta hope for the teams ahead to drop points.

Standings are ugly right now and will look horrific by puck drop on Thursday.

Your next game is against a tired Canadians team that’s playing in Vancouver the night before. And will be there 3rd game in 4 days. While Flames will have 3 days of rest.

There won’t be rest. Sutter days are upon us.

Flames players are gonna wish they played the night before opposed to the two days of bag skates

Meh I don't care for schedule excuses. All I know is if the Flames claw their way in as the final seed under Sutter the other division teams better look out cause they'll be scorching, and the seeding will probably not mean a thing given the guy behind the bench.

Take care of the head to heads with the habs/nucks and it probably takes care of itself.

Darryl is too smart to come in as a drill sergeant. I think he will lay down the law but give everyone a chance to impress him. The bag skates may come down the line if he feels the effort level isn't there but I think he's going to try more to inspire these guys than punish them.

Agreed, I think that Sutter is going to come in with a past is past message, but we're going to fix this shyte starting today now. He's going to set the ground rules hard. If you don't work hard in practice its death, if I don't like what you're doing in a game, it'll be a long time before you see the ice again and its death. But he's not going to walk in on practice 1 and bag skate them, that doesn't make any sense.

I have no question though that anyone with a letter on their jersey is going to have a really unhappy one on one meeting with Sutter around the concept of leadership.

Then its death.

Then after work, they're going to sit around and eat ice cream and talk about boy stuff.

Then death

Not really a bag skate though. Just 3 reps, according to Tkachuk. That's just "normal practice day" for Sutter, not a bag skate.
