After last nights devestating loss, the ST L blue have realized that there needs to be a serious look to next season. So here's what we have.
Untouchable
McAvoy, Landeskog, Duclair Stephenson, Howden. Reinhart, Graves, Krug Pearson.
Not saying I won't move these guys, but I would be looking at two factors, younger, potential, oh and in the lineup next year. Or would a move improve this team in a predictable manner in the near future. I would also be interested in high draft picks.
Movable
But want a return that will help me for next year, or interesting draft picks/prospects
Jarry, Bonino, Foligno, DeHaan, Mayfield, Ryan, (cheap as dirt, should have a good rerate) Maata
That's no to say I won't trade them, but I would want some serious value for them that would help for next year.
Move for draft picks or prospects or combination (please note, I don't have a lot of roster space, and have a lot of mid level prospects, so willing to do a plus deal of player and pick or prospect to improve my prospect base.
Ennis, Radulov, Bernier.
I'm also willing to look at creating prospect space. And no right now I'm not looking at moving Poolparty, because he's looking like a decent gamble for me.
I have some pieces above that can be really helpful to teams heading to the playoffs or beyond.
I do want to get younger and faster, and tweek my offensive balance. I also am looking at Cap so I can make a push in free agency next year.
Frack I really wanted to make the playoffs this year.

Buffalo needs to add one more forward for the final push to the playoffs. I'd send a prospect like Studnicka, a roster player and a 3rd for a high SC LW. Doesn't matter if he is on an expiring contract.
Throw me an offer. Get some pieces for next year.

Things are moving incredibly fast, so much so that yesterday I actually lost track of what I was doing.
I'll modify my trade block accordingly tonight after football practice.
I will add, that I have two first round picks now. I would be willing to move one or both in a package for a serious younger impact player. Or I would be willing to look at moving multiple draft picks to move up in the draft.
In terms of impact, wingers, defensemen would be a priority with me.
Since my team is probably going to be god awful the rest of the way, trading might be my only joy ;p
