The Oilers needed this one and had to stack the top line to do it.
Even if they make playoffs do you think those two will have any gas left in the tank? It's a phyrric strategy, doomed to fail.

Flames shot themselves in the foot and pissed this game away as per usual, and gave McDingus way too much space and respect in this period. Sutter will not be pleased.

I would love to see a breakdown in time spent talking about the Oilers vs the flames. The game has been pretty evenly played, but I would guess 75% of the commentary was focused on the Oilers.
