I don't really want to see guys called up if they're playing this well right now. I'd rather they stay in a good groove and play well for an extended period than expose them to the struggles of the Flames.

On Ruzicka's turnover, it looked like he expected the defender to push up to exit the zone with speed rather than just... gliding in place. Still an ill-advised play, but he's doing more good than bad out there.

also, Toronto's feed is very good, but Calgary's has been pretty good to start the year, too. The Belleville stream was the problematic one

D'Agostini kept the Marlies in that period... Phillips alone could have scored two or three.
