I’ve got to disagree with the posters who think Treliving is not on board with this. He’s pretty firm. I think he is unhappy about the past coaches.

I don't disagree it should be asked, I just think there is a better way to do it without potentially putting the other guy on the defensive by basically pointing your finger at him already. It's a good thing Darryl has a high enough EQ to not lose his cool, and answered it pretty professionally. Again, just my opinion if you want to build future rapport with the person being interviewed.

I'm also on board and think this is a great decision that will reverse our fortunes.

However, clearly, Brad is on the hot seat, and it shows - uncomfortable whenever DS speaks.

I'm fairly convinced that it wasn't entirely his decision.
