It’ll be interesting to see who benefits. You’d think Lucic, Mangiapane, Dube, Backlund, Tanev, Gio, Ryan are all Sutter types. Probably Andersson, and Monahan maybe, just from his seeming to take instructions to be more physical this year.
Tkachuk I don’t know. Sutter might like him as a disturber - like a Neimenen. Then again, I’m not sure he likes the over the top stuff. Johnny I could see having a rough go.

I got married in 2004, and flying home from my honeymoon in Florida we had a layover in Toronto. The GMs had just had meetings there before the labour stoppage. Darryl was in the airport, flying back to Calgary and he came over and sat in the handicapped seat next to me in the terminal. We got to talk about the Flames and hockey in general. I told my wife it was the highlight of my honeymoon. She didn't like that!
He's back. He could make a bigger difference than any trade that sends one guy out to send a message. I bet the entire team is on pins and needles wondering how it is going to go with the toughest coach in hockey now leading the show.
