Wow!
I thought this was going to be a joke for sure!!
I feel bad for Ward. He is a good guy, and getting fired is always tough. Honestly hope he bounces back in the NHL, and has more success with his career for years to come.
This is the coach I have wanted more than any other since Hartley was terminated.
Now I feel like we are about to find out if it is the coach, or if it is the core. Let's see how this season (and hopefully playoffs!) play out.
I am damn excited!

It’s interesting to think that this win might have been the exact reason Ward gets fired. The team pulls to within 2 points of the last playoff spot, but looks kind of not so great doing it. I agree it’s 100% an ownership decision and not Tre. I guess the suits see that with adult supervision, this team could squeak in and see what happens.
Let the beatings commence. I have seen few teams that are more in need of numerous ass kickings than this one.
