Are the Flames playing well? I'm unable to actually watch the game today, but looking at the goal highlights the Sens just look awful. They look so bad in the highlights that I'm not even sure if the Flames are looking good or not.

Bit of both. Flames are executing better but the Sens are bad defensively and have bad goaltending. Executing better is way easier if you have more time, which the Sens defensive play is giving them.
