I'd guess the gm knows the next change costs him his job as well. And it damn well should. Fire Tre and and Ward, go interim on both or whatever. Nothing can be as bad as what we're watching right now.

I think I've flipped over from Ward to Tre being the problem. He built this team and is watching it go in the wrong direction and his only comment is "try harder".
