And this is probably the worst season for that. The draft is going to be a disaster most likely as the draft eligible players are barely playing, if at all. It would be the most Calgary Flames thing ever to get a really high pick and have very little to base our pick on, and select a dud.

Ward just signed a 2 year deal months ago. He’s not getting fired 17 games into the season. Like it or not, he’s here for at least the year. He may not be a good coach but we’ve gone through 4 coaches in 9 years, at what point do we put some onus on the players?

This is just garbage. Smith in their net, they had less than 25 shots, their big guns were no-shows and we still find a way to lose.

My 4-year old was interested in watching games with me earlier in the season, and I was contemplating on buying her a children's Flames jersey for her birthday. I kyboshed that idea a few games ago, at this point I think trying to encourage her to be a Flames fan would be tantamount to child abuse

Normally I'd say it's the players, but Ward is just that bad that you can't even blame the players.
