I think they need a coach who can see who is not playing well and adjust accordingly. Gio is leading the team in minutes and that is a huge mistake.
Good or bad Ward makes no changes to the on ice plan. At most he shuffles wingers trying to find some fluke line that works out.

Sometimes you lose periods that you should win and that’s fine
The 2-1 and 3-1 goals were just good skill by Van
But that 4-1 goal, just a total clown fiesta.
Keep skating in the third, and hope Gaudreau or Backlund can get on the board. Monahn and Tkachuk aren’t going to do anything.
