It will be Bennett once Backlund is back.

No way Ward leaves Backlund with 4th line scrubs for wingers.

He needs to be a top 3 C.

Valimaki did a great job keeping the puck in the zone, that’s a big skill to have on the powerplay

Yup, they basically took over the game right before the tying goal. If they can keep this up and have a strong 3rd, I think we've got this. Canucks are all kinds of awful.

...provided we can stay out of the damn box.

Led with the elbow a bit but not like he chicken winged him.

Soft call, especially after Lindys head almost getting taken off on Saturday

Not an elbow. Arguably a cross check.

It’s the forwards. They aren’t helping out enough. As in not open for outlet passes and not coming back far enough (wingers).

Pretty sloppy plays by both teams but I'll take a lead going into the 3rd any day.

They need to keep the foot on the gas in the 3rd, please don't sit back.

Given Myers was already going down with no control, I think he maybe just should look for the puck. Kind of dangerous TBF.

Andersson is better than Giordano, but Valimaki looks to be better than Andersson. Or at least he could be with some practice and development

BS call, Myers falling, so of course he makes contact with Lindholm's elbow. Took away a prime chance too. Refs gonna do stupid refs things.

Lindholm had committed to the hit when Myers fell. Not sure what he could have done different.
