I think they look a little better than last 1st period. Breaking out better, just not getting shots through.
The shot clock is pretty misleading.

He's a fairly consummate professional.
I mean his call in the game 6 clincher against VAN was pretty spirited - "STAJAN SCORES!"

He's got a good voice, my only real complaint about Hughson is my number 1 PBP sin; Calling players by their first name

He's got the good "Heeere's Johnny" call too. He's okay sometimes. Just not my favorite PBP guy overall.

The Flames have actually been looking decent since about the 5 min mark, but a shot on goal would be rad.

Thought for sure they were calling that. I guess Petersen has a history of diving so the refs didn't want to bite.
