Johnny has been absolutely firing pucks in to the top of the net. His shot is lethal right now.

The defense seems to be really solidifying. Gio, Valimaki, and Hanifin had really good nights.

But lets face it, tonight the star was once again Markstrom. He has been lights out so far. How do you not put this guy in every night?

Dube with a team low 6:13 tonight.

3 shifts in the second and I think one in the third.

No idea what the coaching staffs issue with him seems to be. Don’t remember any glaring mistakes or issues with his game tonight.

I thought a couple times he was way ahead of the play and he was way offside a couple times which stalled some rushes. Maybe he had bad defensive position - I didn’t really notice.

Or maybe he retweaked his groin issue.

He had a horrible giveaway at our blue line, I didn’t see him after that. I don’t mind the tough love.

That’s gonna cause a debate. BUT I don’t really disagree. The Canucks had some early chances in tight, but Markstrom also saw a lot of unscreened shots later on. The Flames had quite a few chances in close. Bennett, Mangiapane, Monahan all did.
