This is such a tired argument.
Hard work is important. So are systems. No system is foolproof, and any system can win sometimes - especially if you outwork the other team.
But none of that excludes the fact that our system sucks.

A mobile defensive d-man is something they’ve lacked for a long time. Gio was pretty good but also expected to provide offence.
