Ottawa can’t clear to save it’s life. Brady Tkachuk is having a rough game IMO.

All. The. Time.
I hate exaggerated lines like that.

Not everything is the best, greatest, worst etc.

Sometimes its just good, or above average, which it is.

Going there constantly waters down the meaning of "best" after a while.

I am positive there are faster shots than Draisaitl's.

Compliment (its a fast shot, hard to stop!), but make them earn the title of best this or that. You're right though, that's why their fans are genuinely confused when they fall flat on their faces, they're fed BS constantly and are gaslit by the media game to game. You would guess the glass is 9/10ths full based on the commentary each game even though they're below .500.

I'm kind of glad the media gives the Flames a rough ride a lot of times, because it keeps us in check and probably motivates individual players when they're singled out.

#### being entitled. That's how you end up with a 2 man team with no defense or goaltending that's made the playoffs in 1/14 years.

Virtanen standing around watching... again. Woof.

Edit - And then Hughes just standing still with the puck. Team just undoes all their hard work they put in this game in 11 seconds. See ya Green and Benning.

Sens suck beyond belief, hadn't watched them much until tonight they are total trash.

Coyotes tied it up with the Blues 3-3 with 0.7 seconds left in the 3rd.

Players ( human beings) are motivated in one or both of two ways.

Positive and /or negative energy.

Some need more of one than the other.

Top leaders make the right choices.

Torts: “Benching a player is the last thing I want to do. Benching a player is the easiest thing I can do.”

Serious? Oh man. I hate Torts. Dude is from the Babcock school of coaching. There is more to coaching then just punishing players. Especially a guy new to a system. Whatever reason it's too early to be pulling cap like that.

Torts vs. Laine is going to be interesting to watch unfold. They seem like they are on opposite ends of the hockey spectrum.

So what happened to #44, the Keeper of the Code? Did he get a boo boo from his fight in the first. I can't imagine Tippett would bench such a super duper all-round player.
