So tired of this narrative. Yeah there's no difference between a coach that hasn't had his own team before and a veteran coach. Why my 10 year old daughter could coach them, I mean its up to the team to play in front.
How many times in sporting history have you seen teems fire all their players due to effort? None because it's partially up to the coach, to prepare them, enough to get success, so that they don't go to the place where they give up.
