All these lines are bad. You have Monahan/Gaudreau partnered with a play killer. Then you have Tkachuk/Lindholm paired with another 4th line scrub. Ward still had no system at all, coaching is going to be the achilles heel of this team forever. For Christ's sake just once I would love to see this team with a good head coach...

We weren't that good(2013ish), but I miss when we were considered the hardest working group in the league by most other teams. These guys aren't at an acceptable level right now.

Sure would be nice to see some kind of emotion from the Flames. They are just skating around doing nothing. No checking. Nada. Not going to get 4 goals on Price. They will be lucky to get 1. This is a really easy game for the Habs.

I ask because if he hasn't been id say his (wards).shelf life may be in question.

He's trying, and I think that's part of the problem is that he is trying too hard. He's come off of 19 games in Liiga, and injury, etc. He needs some time to settle, and I think he will. Just needs some time to figure things out a bit.

Not one player looks interested out there, I haven’t seen them skate this bad in years. 0 hustle, no effort on loose pucks and won’t even throw the body.... have thy quit on another coach? Something has to give this is terrible hickey, we won’t beat an Ottawa team who’s actually giving an effort every night.
