This confirms to me that my family moved from a party line to a private line in 1990 as our new number appears in 1991. I'm sure you all care.

Ha, neat. I found my mom and dad in the Banff 1975 phone book, would have been before they met. Then I found both their houses on Google street view using the address. A collision of old and new! I should text my dad my mom's old phone number and see if he recognizes it.

Wow, that is HAM radio level weird hobby, uploading phone books. I remember the golden age as it dawned on everyone that with smart phones these were completely redundant and when these would get delivered they would go straight from doorstep to the recycling bin.

Finally saw the place I lived in as a baby, my parents didn't even have pictures but was able to look up my dad's address and find the place on Google Maps.
