All he is saying is that if it is a standard size, all you need to do is go to Home Depot and they'll have the panes prefabricated. The steel will be all around the glass and everything - all you'll have to do is put them in. Its no different than when you take them out to clean both sides.
To find the size you need, just take one of the pane/frames out, and measure it from outside edge to outside edge. Drop by Home Depot and see if they have it. Unlesss it is a specialized application, they'll have it.
It will cost you WAY less, and you can be done in 15 minutes plus a commute to Home Depot.
I wouldnt discount this method so soon if I were you.
