Help! I purchased NHL Live for $180 through the NHL app on my iphone but no matter what I do I cannot synch it to the NHL Live website and watch on my desktop computer.

I followed all of the steps, but when I log into the NHL Live website and try to watch a game, it wants me to buy a package (again)!

Tech support at Rogers cannot help and Apple will not give me a refund.

So my advice to everyone is if you are buying an NHL Live package, do not buy it through an app, but directly from Rogers on the NHL Live website.

I had the opposite happen. The app on my phone wanted me to buy a package again. I signed out of the app and re logged in and it figured itself out and work.
For the browser, try logging in at nhl.com instead of nhl live website and then try to watch from there. You can try clearing the cache and/or trying another browser and see if that helps.

That worked thank you!! I logged into NHL Live several times in different browsers but always landed on the package subscription page.

Logging into nhl.com worked like a charm.

Only problem now is I submitted another refund request to Apple so if they process my claim I will have to start over.

Anyone know how to determine which channel feed is the away, and which the home on Centre Ice? Would like to PVR the correct one.
