Sounds like it. Or perhaps he means that's where they expected them to go and they always had tkachuk pegged.

Yeah maybe. Or maybe they had a d-man ranking and a forward ranking and they were always taking a forward. But then again Burke has always been a BPA guy, based on his interviews.
