yeah which is why TB is waiving him.
reminder that to be on the taxi squad, the player needs to have cleared waivers or be waiver exempt
if the Flames were to claim him for the taxi squad then immediately waive him again, TB could claim him back and put them on their taxi squad without requiring any further waivers

Jujhar Khaira is interesting to hear. I knew he was a 4th line grinder type, but thought he was effective in that role.

Presumably interesting because of his brother? He has been pretty poor in the NHL and AHL over the last 3 seasons.

That's only 13 of the 31 teams so far, not every team has released their waiver lists yet
