You think it's that easy to ban the president from Twitter when he controls the government...they couldn't do it

I've always wondered why Trump doesn't buy Parler and have his own social media site.
He'd get millions of users right off the bat.

I doubt he has the finger dexterity to physically type his own tweets let alone have the mental capacity to perform a login on a social media account.
Dude probably shouts into the talk-to-type feature on his phone and has to shout it 20 times to look reasonably ready for posting.

Apple has given Parler 24 hours to clean up their act or they will be removed from the App store.
Also, people on Twitter saying Parler is down.

I fully believe he will start his own subscription base media platform. The financial potential is un measurable, millions of $10 month subscribers.

If I remember correctly Trump doesn't use the main account and just re-tweeted to try and get around some presidential record keeping laws.

Maybe Trump isn't getting the verification codes via SMS to prove his identify either.

I wonder if Trump uses Kayleigh McEnany to get his words out in the future. She seems to be one of his biggest supporter and koolaid drinker.

As much as criticism of Twitter and Facebook has some merit, the truth is that them banning Trump's account means much more than all the performative waffling of politicians about the 25th amendment etc. This is big.

I wonder if anything happened behind the scenes. Did Twitter ban him on their own?
Or did someone in the Biden team tell them "If anything happens between now and the inauguration, we'll come after you too"

Good! Nice to see him finally being pushed further into the fringe and irrelevancy.
Goes without saying that this should have been done long ago of course. Better late than never I suppose. Now, my next wish is the flood continues to pour on him and he gets fully impeached and ostracized. The guy is way past his expiration date.
