Why is Holloway on the ice with under three minutes remaining?

Best team with zero adversity until the Gold = defeat.
Classic narrative.

This is how you honour the day of my birth? For shame Canada.
This day can only be salvaged if I win the 50/50.

Terrible play by Perfetti.
The guys they have on the ice demonstrate what's weak about this Canadian roster. Lots of guys who do not have top line potential pressing for a goal.

Disappointing result, but really happy with what I saw from Pelletier and Zary.
Zary seemed to be involved in a scoring chance or 2 every shift he got basically and definitely wasn't used enough.

Way to go TSN - suggesting this version of Team Canada might be the best in Canadian junior history before the gold medal game even started.

Good game...the Yanks were just better, thats a really good hockey team.
The agony of defeat is always hard to watch though.

Dang, the US played pretty much the perfect game. Too bad, let's hope this motivates the 2 Flames on the Canadian side rather than deflates them, but can't imagine it'll be easy to swallow the emotion and come to camp.

They were looking like they would be. And it’s one game.
