Knight Rider - but I want it in the same era, just better writing, special effects, etc. It’d be cool to have that 80s vibe but with high quality modern production.

Seinfeld. I’m still choked the show never came back. They were only sentenced to a year in jail!

The premise of the original show was great, but the production was horrible. With better effects and sticking to a story arc, a new version could be brilliant.

I think the fact that many of these shows already have reboots that are terrible should remind us we should be careful what we wish for. Having said that, I’m cautiously optimistic about the Night Court reboot.

There is some bangin' Synthwave genre music around these days that could really lend well to a reboot of this series to pump it up sound-wise too.

I think with my version of a reboot, take a classic (but possibly cheesy) network show and have HBO or Netflix handle it. Could be more of a mini-series or limited run which would help. (And also have the added benefit of more sex and violence).

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.
Manimal
Tour of Duty
Alf
Perfect Strangers
Doogie Howser
Small Wonder
I loved tour of duty, it was honestly one of my favorite shows. Well written and acted, and captured a lot of the Vietnam nighmare. It also had a pretty satisfying ending if I recall correctly of two of the characters having returned home and really struggling to adapt to civilian life.

Friday Night Lights - amazing show and could easily come back with same cast as coaches, or other people of interest in Dillon and new kids on the team.
Pitch - I feel this was cancelled too early, and a little ahead of it's time (2016) in the women's movement. Plus I really like Kylie Bunbury as an actress. Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Mark Consuelos were both excellent in it too. Only one season but imdb episode ratings are from 7.8 - 8.3 for every episode.
